Violations of AirZone Kids’s system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including, without limitation, the following:
Accessing data not intended for you or logging on to a AirZone Kids server or AirZone Kids account, which you are not authorized to access
Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any of AirZone Kids’s systems or networks or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization (or succeeding in such an attempt)

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold AirZone Kids, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, in any way arising from or related to your use of the Site and/or your breach of any representation, warranty or other provision of the Agreement.
GOVERNING LAW
This website is controlled by AirZone Kids from its offices in Exeter, New Hampshire. As the Site can be accessed from all fifty states and other countries around the world and each of these places has laws that may differ from those of New Hampshire, by accessing this website both you and AirZone Kids agree that the statutes and laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters relating to use of this website. AirZone Kids makes no representation that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and accessing them from territories where the contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to this Agreement, your visit to the Site, or to any purchase, return or other transaction with AirZone Kids shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Exeter, New Hampshire. By using the Site, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts of Exeter, New Hampshire. Any arbitration under this agreement and these Terms shall be conducted under the prevailing rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.
WAIVER, SEVERABILITY
The failure of AirZone Kids to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement, including all documents referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and all policies listed and accessible at https://knittingfever.com/policies represents the entire understanding between you and AirZone Kids regarding the your relationship with AirZone Kids and supersedes any prior statements or representations. Headings used in the Agreement are for reference only and shall not affect the meaning of any terms. “Including” means “including, without limitation.” This Agreement is not assignable, transferable or sublicensable by you except with the AirZone Kids’s prior written consent. AirZone Kids may transfer, assign or delegate this Agreement and its rights and obligations without consent. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of this Agreement and you do not have any authority of any kind to bind the AirZone Kids in any respect whatsoever.
