If inclement weather conditions (such as rain, snow, freezing temperatures, etc.) or any safety concerns arise, or if you decide to cancel, please note that the $75 deposit fee is nonrefundable. However, it can be retained on file for a future rental. Additionally, you have the choice to reschedule based on availability.

All renters are required to sign a digital rental contract prior to the delivery of the unit. It is expected for all renters to read the contract prior to signing. Units cannot be set up until the contract is signed. View the contract here: Rental Agreement
