AirZone is the premiere inflatable rental company of the Seacoast. We understand how important it is to have safe, clean, and sanitized equipment for any event. AirZone is a fully licensed and insured company that guarantees a professional on time delivery and set up. 

When are the units delivered and picked up?

All units are delivered the morning of your event and picked up the following morning. The rental manager will reach out 48 hours prior to notify of morning delivery time via email. 

 Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to most southern NH and Seacoast towns.. We also deliver to a few towns in ME & MA. You can find our specific delivery areas and pricing here: Delivery Areas. Don’t see your area? Send us an email! We will do our best to accommodate. 

What is your weather policy?

In the event of poor weather (rain, snow, freezing temperatures, etc.) or any condition deemed unsafe by us, or a cancellation by you,  the $75 deposit fee is nonrefundable, but may be kept on file for a future rental.  You also have the option to reschedule pending availability.

Do you require a signed waiver?

All renters are required to sign a digital rental contract prior to the delivery of the unit. It is expected for all renters to read the contract prior to signing. Units cannot be set up until the contract is signed. View the contract here: Rental Agreement 

 What are the electrical requirements for set up?

All units must be set up within 100ft of the electrical source. A GFI outlet is strongly recommended for all unit. Our units typically require their own circuit for the blower(s). If that is not possible, please have a designated outlet with nothing else plugged into it for us to use.

Do you have any restrictions for water use?

Not all units are fit for water use due to liability and safety concerns. Only those that specify water use may be used with water. Please be sure to select “add the pool” when booking in order to ensure proper water set up. Constant flow of water is necessary for all water features to properly work, for this reason we caution when using with a well water system.
