We issue 5 balls with the Dunk Tank. Any balls that are not returned subject to a $10.00 charge per ball. This unit must be placed on flat ground for safety reasons. We do not provide water or a hose to fill up the tank, for that reason we caution when using a well system.
Weather Policy: In the event of poor weather (rain, snow, freezing temperatures, etc.) or any condition deemed unsafe by us, or a cancellation by you, the $75 deposit fee is nonrefundable, but may be kept on file for a future rental. You also have the option to reschedule pending availability.
All units are delivered the morning of your event and picked up the following day. The rental manager will reach out 48 hours prior to notify of morning delivery time via email. Please reach out to manager@airzonekids.com with any special circumstances for delivery/set up.
